Customer Service
- We monitor reseller stocks on a regular basis by way of phone call or physical visits.
- Visits are also made during payment collection but also to ensure adherence to our pricing and safety guidelines.
- We ensure once or twice on a weekly basis that we do deliveries to the different resellers based on their stock levels and payment status.
- We employ delivery staff and operate a basic fleet of mini trucks which we frequently substantiate by hiring a bigger truck depending on the order size.
Distribution Customer Base
- We supply gas through a number of reseller points who are majorly key area supermarkets within the city suburbs as well as through independent stand alone fuel stations across the city.
- We operate from the East of Kampala mainly within Nakawa division and Kira-Wakiso district through resellers in suburbs stretching from Luzira, Naguru, Bukoto, Ntinda, Kisaasi, Kyanja, Kiwatule, Najeera, Naalya, Kyaliwajjala and Namugongo among a pocket of other Points of Sale locations outside of these perimeters.
- Through our super-Resellers, we also supply gas through key stores & Regional supermarket chains.
- We are currently on a mission of spreading out to the whole of Kampala and exploring upcountry distributorship to later cover the whole country with key townships such as Lira/ Gulu, Mbale/ Soroti, Mbarara/ Masaka and Hoima/ Masindi among others.
